Here’s a picture from tidalfish.com taken this summer. They were found swimming on the surface, scooped up, unhooked and released. Talk about eyes bigger than your mouth!

Hopefully soon, this is where all my fishing adventures will be posted. I can’t wait until spring! To keep you busy, check out this deformed rockfish my girlfriend caught this past summer. Wish the picture was from a better angle, the striper really was missing a large portion of the gill. He’s struggled with enough problems, so we let him go.

Here is a picture of my yak on my truck. I choose this set up so the kayak wouldn’t stick out the back, I could close the tailgate and put stuff in the bed, and so i could lock the kayak during pit stops or overnight stays. I wouldn’t mind an old waverunner trailer though, i’d modify it nicely.
