im lookin for a partner to go out on the water with in or around the baltimore areas. no pretty boy or liberty or lochraven. i am not registered in those waters nor plan to have a craft locked to them. anywhere in the northern or western baltimore area or even southern PA is fine. anyone going out on friday?
