absolutely believe that attractants boost strikes after watching underwater trolling videos where the fish noses a bait before striking. After trying many types I settled on Smelly Jelly for staying power, sheer stench factor, and lubricant factor. sounds like I'm getting off topic here but I follow the Zappa mantra, 'keep it greazy so it goes down easy'. (sometimes a trophy fish can really get a grip on a bait)

its perfectly understandable they make baitfish and crawfish flavors - they work!

still, did they have to use that part of the crawfish?!
