Rod holder locks

I tried the Cable Cuff rod leash Paul in SC had made, but I just hated all that extra crap hanging every where on every rod holder. I was redoing my crate and thought how about using the cable cuff as a rod lock in the holder.

1 hole drilled in the holder about a 1/4" below the bottom of where the real stem stops.
