South River Farm Park is the biggest public water access opportunity in Anne Arundel County. For starters, for $500 and a weekend of volunteer labor we could have a sheltered kayak launch onto Selby Bay with easy access to Ramsey Lake and the South River. Rec & Parks is cutting the 2018 Master Plan WAY back and so far there has been no public input.
