    My friend n i went to mattingly park sat after the pooring down rain i caught one 2 pound bass. My buddy however showed up with a horseshoe up his but n caught 4 snakeheads n 6 or 7 bass! Good day for him. 7 pound snakehead was
    the biggest.

      So how muddy was the water down there? Thinking about going this afternoon if the fish will still be able to find my lures.

          The water had a muddy stain in the channels but in the grass and the pads was clear. That thick grass really filters.especially with alot of rain. Thanks for the welcome to the site. I loveto yak fish. Its pretty affordible. The fish wer all caught on a top water frog purchased from bass pro. Brand is live target in5/8 oz in brown n black also tan n yellow colors. I apparently wasnt using the same color cause i didnt catch any. They cost $10.50 each.
