Target has a dinky little fishing section in each of its stores, but now and then you can get a deal on accessories.
Right now, look for a pair of black Rappala rubberized fishing gloves for $7.50'ish or less. Compared to the $40 pair at Angler's (not the same), they're a steal. I picked up a pair yesterday, and I am sure they'll come in handy when unhooking fish, and also for general hand protection while paddling; not to mention warmth as the weather cools down.
They also carry small plastic tackle carriers w/ removable compartments for @ $4. Since space is at a premium on a kayak, I just stock it w/ what I need for a day's fishing, and re-load from the larger box for the next trip as needed.
