I don't have the exact coordinates. As you head upstream on the Potomac River coming out of Columbia Island marina, there are several semi submerged stumps. They are visible at low tide.
I've caught everything from a 30# catfish (on a bionic blade spinner) to several bass ranging from too small to 3.5 lbs. Always make it a point to fish there while on my way to fish the lily pads around Roosevelt Island.
I encourage others to share a honey hole.......not necessarily THE HONEY HOLE. We were all new at fishing at one time. Hope this helps.
