Quite honestly... I think the whales are smarter than we give them credit for
in this news item. You know the saying... if the fish doesn't smell like the ocean
don't eat it...

I believe the diver was most worried about injury from being smacked by the tail of the
whales.

Good posting of the video... I for myself, would have also been freaked by the whale that
close to me.. and then it would have been... "Man that was the coolest thing ever."
