my revos a 09 and ithink they are plastic or rubber. i glued 1oz flat sinkers to the peddles to make them hang right so i can get my feet on them fast, also chuck those straps what a pain in the a** they were. i did see some kind of strap on the '11 models that pull the peddel down into the right position.

Is that what is going to happen to these Hobie guys? Of course, from what I have read, I don't think they catch enough fish for all the protein that they will need.

So is it too early for me to start taking stabs at the hobie guys as well? No matter what side I landed on or eventually end up on, I'll always look for ways to make fun of the "other guys".

now comparing a human powered kayak to a plastic/electric jon boat isnt quite fair. and we definitely catch our share of fish.

1 for the paddlers; arms like gorilla, legs like hamster

I find the hobie guys are a bit sensitive. Of course, with a paddle, an electric, and given the right deal a pro angler, I suppose I would have to really be sensitive.

There are the Hobie guys. I see Chimo on the members online list. Wayne can really paddle. During the meet and greet on the South River, he was all over with the paddle, and maintaining good speed. So the next time the Hobie guys talk about the paddle guys, remember that.

waynes an animal i think he could keep up with the boaters in that yak not many could keep up with him. most hobie owners cut their teeth in paddle yaks and have graduated to the best fishing machine on the water, like selling your toyota pickup for an escalade.

so dont be haters, go buy one you know you want it.

we dont talk about the paddle guys we answer their questions and help them make their decision to get the best. we talk about the elec./plastic jon boaters

Is that similar to the way old cyclists cut their teeth and "graduate" to recumbent bikes?
