Wow..... I just put a deposit on a 2014 Outback maybe 2 weeks ago..... Now I will have to change that to a 2015 model.

After seeing all those other yaks with the comfortable lawn-chair-like seats, I wondered when the Outback was going to get one. I've used my Outback for three years. Great yak, but I really need a comfortable seat. Finally! Man, looks like I gotta get this new yak. Thanks for posting.

I got confused when I read the new fins came standard. I wasn't aware they still had both standard and turbo. Thanks for clearing that up.

Pretty sure its the ST fins on the outback & revo and turbo on the PA's.
This guy was also saying the new bearings in the drive are plastic so no corrosion issues in salt water.
This video also shows the adjustability of the new seat.

Yes they are. Sailing rudder is not included as far as I have heard.

Are they turbo fins? I'm guessing they are, but haven't seen anything saying that for sure.

What about the rudder; standard or sailing?

I just spoke with my sponsoring dealer. They should arrive late september/early october. It could change by dealer depending on when they get their order in. (Shameless plug-If anyone is dead set on a new one, Survival Products order goes out in a few days )

I might still be getting the Wilderness Thresher next month, but I am now very seriously thinking about getting the outback or maybe a revo 13.
I heard they will be available September 1st.
