I dropped over to visit a friend who lives on a creek off of the Magothy River.
Water is still a disappointing poo brown with very limited visibility, under 1 foot.

i had a little time to toss one of my spinner jigs around her dock and a neighbors.
i selected one with a size #3 blade and chartreuse stripe for color and a good thrumming action in the water.
I was pleasantly surprised to pick up several Perch and one slightly demented bullhead catfish (a new species for the spinner jig!).
The perch were very oriented to vertical structure, like a bulkhead, and shade.

I believe a number 3 blade makes a positive difference in dirty water.

A lot of folks think of catfish solely as bottom feeders. But I've caught them on moving baits -- spinners, jigs with paddletails and Clousers. I have to admit I've never targeted them on those lures. They've always been surprise catches for me.
