the plan is to meet at my house around 0600-0630. if wind is crazy then we will drive to Jeromes creek or Smith creek. when a north wind hits my house the other two creeks are usually much better. High tide will be around 0700 so it should make for a great falling tide bite. the past week its been the falling tide every time that ive gotten into the keeper stripers.
