Chesapeake Bay - Late Summer Redfish (4k video)

Here's footage from a late evening September 2017 outing. It was near low tide on an expansive lower Maryland Chesapeake Bay grass flat (western shore). The 22-26" redfish were roaming in large, hungry packs. Numerous catches were the result of sight casting towards fleeing baitfish breaking the surface. One random fish had these odd stripes. Can anyone identify for me?
