Spotted - 97N at 695 Split, Mid-Day Tuesday 10/16

Occasionally I spot a hobie outback cartopped, or a native slayer propel, or recognize a SnaggedLine or CCA / CBKA / Snakehead sticker...

But today I spotted this new F250/F350, Pennsylvania tags, with a fully loaded Papaya Pro Angler w/ Boonedox and cooler.

If you know who it is, feel free to share. I was very surprised to see a PA loaded on a weekday, as I sadly headed back to my office desk.....
