Fished the Belle Grove Ponds from around 0900-1pm Monday. Figured I'd stay close and avoid some boat traffic. Not much happening which is normal for me there. Missed a couple small strikes on a zoom horny toad, a bite on a t-rigged paca craw and then caught a 22 inch pickeral and a 16 inch bass on one of DOCIRV's small ribbontail worms on a shakey head. Way more boats and kayaks around than I expected, plenty of people on shore as well. All in all a nice day to be on the water.
