Baltimore County: Miami Beach Park & Turkey Point Park?

Hi all,

Have any of you launched out of:

Miami Beach Park: "Miami Beach Park is open sunrise to sunset. The gates are locked on weekends."

Turkey Point Park - which is actually on Middle River, not Back River:

I haven't found a good launch site on Middle River except for Wilson Point.

And locking a park on the *weekend*? Sheesh.
