Fished Saturday with Ilv2fish and thekiddelivers in one of the creeks off of the Rappahannock targeting croaker on the oyster beds..
We fished 9 am to 1 pm.
Managed about 15 Bluecats from 12"-24" on shrimp and gulps fished in 4'-15' of water.
No Croakers to be seen despite people having success last week at the same location.. I assume the recent cold snap has the fish deep disinterested in eating.
Was a nice area very scenic with miles of oyster beds.. I would assume when things warm up fish will be plentyful.
