Cobia off Grandview Nature Preserve, VA (06/16/2024)

Once a year, I fish for just cobia. It's my annual event to catch cobia regardless the sizes.

On 06/16/2024, I landed 2 small cobia and saw a 6 footer. The 6 footer showed up briefly, and moved away. It was a heart-breaking moment of 15 seconds - The 6 footer on the surface just moved away from the baitfish and GONE....

Well, that is fishing.
