Had a chance to get out on the water yesterday, since company observed holidays that fall on the weekend are observed on a Friday (for SAT holidays) and Monday (for SUN ones). It was also a chance to tinker around with different presentations using the one of my new soft plastics, the Craw D'oeuvre from PowerTeam Lures.
Ended up landing only 5 fish (4 LMB and 1 channel cat) - largest bass was 17.25" and the channel cat measured out at 20.5". It was a tough day in windy conditions, but I battled through it and developed somewhat of a pattern.
In the end, I literally threw the Kitchen Sink at them!!!
