Yes, I used my Wheeleez cart at Cape Henlopen State Park. I went from the parking lot to past the store, past the pavilion, and down the narrow path on sandy slope. The cart did fine with the heavy Hobie Outback. In fact, I've never had any problems on any sand so far. The PVC frame is pretty sturdy and the high capacity balloon wheels roll well.
