  • C&O Canal fees

The Federal Government has decided they don't get enough of our tax dollars to run the parks any longer. Now they are proposing you pay $30 per year, per vehicle you might dive to there to fish or hike the canal. Since the Fed's own almost all the shore line now you are pretty stuck crossing and parking on, their property.

      X2!

the peoples access to the people's lands and waters should not be unduly hindered. exercise, outdoor activity, and contact with Nature should be encouraged, not discouraged. we pay enough tax already to support some parking lots and roads already built without more user fees.
