I'm using the VIO POV. It's a great camera for all day shoots. I here the gopro has a new all day battery. But I'm very content with the VIO pov.

Down sides are the cords....and I've found the exposure compensation needs adjusting in bright light.....I can point you to examples in a few videos if you want.

I have a gopro and just bought a battery that is supposed to run 10-12 hours, so we'll see how that does.
