Got out yesterday with Sparky for a bit. Great water, great company, great weather. Topwater bite was slower than I thought it would be but I did manage a keeper. Several schoolies provided entertainment, especially the one that took 7 attempts to get the plug. Sparky put on a smallmouth clinic over a submerged rock pile. Fun times.IMG_2064.jpg

Well you certainly had better luck than I did. I was out yesterday morning and fished from the mouth of deer creek to just above Lapidum and didn't get a single bite and didn't even mark any fish. The wind picked up in the afternoon and I called it quits. Had a bumpy ride in as I was paddling against white caps.Jayce
