      Yup, that was a typical flathead reaction. Hmm the video makes me go for flathead this winter.

            Not from this river you wouldn't! Do you see that nuclear green water? I've eaten them in South Carolina and can honestly say that flathead belly meat is hands down the best fish I've ever tasted.

              I kept a flathead out of the Susky a few years ago, it was delicious!

                  Just below the Dam, launched at the ramp located just south of Fisherman's park. I was live lining eels, a nice channel is just yards from the ramp. I would advise to bring a car cover if you decide to park in the lots. The vultures ate both my wiper blades, most of my weather stripping, and the paddling on both my kayak racks! The flathead was my first and a bitter/sweet victory.

                    Wow I've always heard about the vultures being bad but that is ridiculous
