Sorry no pics. I was on the water by 06:30 and launched from Scott's Cove. I tried several different lures and presentations for the first hour before going back to my LMB standby, weightless Senko in Green Pumpkinseed. This put 4 LMB in the yak. The largest of them was about 18". I'm not sure why I ever try other lures. I really want them to work but just can't seem t make it happen. To this day, I have never landed a fish on a spinner bait.
After a while I decided to head back to the ramp. Just to see what would happen, I decided to troll a silver Rat-L Trap on my way back. SURPRISE, my first fresh water Striper (note only one "p"). It was only about 12" but put up a nice fight for a little guy.
I really need to get a Hawg Trough and start taking pictures.
