patapsco off of 895?

who was fishing off of 895 today? saw a kayak fishermen, green kayak, right off of 895 and 95, whatever that body of water is off of the pat

Wasn't me... but then I only use a canoe. If you go to google maps of the south Baltimore area you'll see there are many ponds bordering the lower Patapsco. They are old sand and gravel pits. A few of them can be accessed from Belle Grove Road.

Its actually the freshwater Patapsco river that runs through there, past the Belle Grove ponds has Howard mentioned. There is a launch at the Southwest Area Park that offers easy access.
