I'm not a snake admirer.

I would not have been able to clear the area fast enough after seeing that snake hit my lure.

But what a fantastic photo.

They don’t bother me too bad, especially the nonvenomous variety. Now the ones that’ll make you swell up, they usually die from acute lead poisoning.

Cool photos. I saw a snake yesterday on the water while I was fishing. I paddled away from it.

She was more concerned about the sign at the ramp warning folks about gators. You should have seen the look on her face when she spooked a big gar and it swirled right next to her boat.

I saw one of the biggest water moccasins I’ve ever seen in my life (and I’ve seen a few) the other day. That one I paddled away from.

Nice shots. There nothing like catching on topwater. I would have preferred a Snakehead instead of the snake, but that was a cool shot. It's nice when you kids like to go out with you.
