Shenandoah River Moulton Park 3/9

Set out freshwater fishing for first time this year at Moulton Park Jefferson County at 10am. Hadn't been on this part of Shenandoah since late summer last year, my favorite fishing spot was turned upside down from weather & water levels. Started out searching new areas had my best luck closer to the hydroplant dam in about 2-3 feet of water, Caught 4 small smallies on a dark brown Floating Bird. I left around 2pm & decided I would test this part of Shenandoah sometime end of this month.
