All the stuff you need can be found in the camping section. The rack is called a hotdog fork stand (or something like that) which is now $5 and the long skewers I started using are the hot dog forks that they sell, $3+. They are both right next to each other. Just cut it at the U from the hotdog fork and sharpen the tip to go through the fish. It makes the best set-up!
