Had a great morning on Saint Mary's Lake using a Chug Bug. I hadn't thrown this lure in years, but glad I did. Caught 11 fish on it in about 2 hours and most were running above 12 inches. The largest was 16", but by the time I pulled it out of the weed bed it dove into it it felt like a 10 pound log. By 8 or so the fishing just died - tried for the next hour and had a few blue gill tug at my lures, but that was it. All of the fish I caught came out of less than 3 feet of water. As you can see in the photo the morning was dead calm.
