anyone have land-based snakehead advise

Hey guys I'm going to be down in Chantilly, VA for a conference next week and I'll have late afternoon to sunset free. Don't know anything about the area at all. Any chance of getting into some snakeheads down there?

Never heard of snakehead in Chantilly area. Your best bet and close to you is Pohick or Mason Neck, unless someone here knows otherwise.

I used to wrk in Chantilly and I believe the Closest spot for snakehead would be at chain bridge where it crosses the Potomac.
You will need a DC fishing license whether your fishing from the VA or MD side though. you can get one online for 14$ for a year long license

Snakehead are also in occoquan, which is not far from Chantilly. Bring the yak!
