Looks kind of nice but the mounts are a little expensive. Another $40 for the waterproof case and $18 for a tripod mount. I do like the look, size and simplicity of the camera though.
I have really been considering one of these. A SJ4000.

About $80 with a tun of included mounts and waterproof case. Also very well reviewed and it will work with any GoPro mounts. Here is a detailed review that goes over all the functions, menus and hardware.
