flotation

I have a thirteen foot Pungo classic that has been a great all around fishing and rec boat, I would like to add some flotation and I am seeking suggestions on how to affix it to my boat. I have a lot of float foam in very large pieces I can cut to form. thanks,

Have you considered a dry bag in the bow and stern? You could put a pad eye inside the boat and tie everything to that?

I have a laundry bag filled with flotation , but kind of wanted something more permanent
