V.I.O. P.O.V. VIO POV first time out

Took this camera out today on tuckahoe creek....didn't have my full mount for it yet so I shot from the front right side of the yak.....I'll provide thoughts feedback etc.

Pluses thus far, battery! Hooked this and fish finder to same 12v battery.

Still working the kinks out of the loop. Wireless remote seemed not to work at times....could be a battery issue there as this is a refurb from b&h.

Cool! Thanks. If I recall from my research you used both the contour and gopros....thanks for the insight.....I'm trying to find an editor right now..hope this windows movie maker works. The vsdc or whatever, kept crashing my desktop.

at first I was like BLEH wires.. but it really does overcome the failings of the GoPro, which I have and have quite taking it out on the water. That loop feature is IDEAL for what we do. I don't need hours of me sitting yanking on my pole (fishing pole that is).. I just want the few minutes of action. I think that would be great in conjunction with the gopro extended battery. I could use the remote on the gopro to keep it off until I get a hit, turn it on. Mean while this camera would have caught the first bite and the action the gopro missed.. I could get two angles of the landing. Kinda pricey though.
