Where's the leak?
I had some recent success with filling up my buddies Revo. Places it on sawhorses and those roof top foam blocks. Filled it about half way and found a tear drop forming. Wiped it dry just to make sure it wasn't from me splashing my hose. I spray from the inside in that general direction and found a tear drop forming again. Then I sprayed again right at the seat scupper hole and got a few drops. Emptied the kayak and dried the area down and hit it from the outside with a flashlight. I could see a pin prick sized area of plastic much lighter than the rest. Looks like a hook from a stored fishing pole my have snagged the scupper tube. I gooped it down and haven't tested it yet but pretty certain that was it.
