Here's a thread that shows how to build a pvc one. You can always adjust the side rocket launchers to change length/angle.

not to be too negative but that video rod holder is two straps per holder. going to catch treble hooks and get n the way (x2).

the PVC serves double purpose, efficient non-drill approach but how many rods you realistically going to troll (weigth, wind cross section, aesthetics). looks like the depths of my basement but will do double duty if all the inlaws come to town.
