Thought I'd put this here to see if anyone else has some good tips.
I have a hobie revolution 11 that felt like it wasn't gliding through the water well anymore. Of course the bottom is pretty scuffed. I used a butane torch to smooth out the big gouges and then broke out the 600 wet/dry sand paper to try to take out the smaller blemishes. I finished it off with some carnauba wax to try to give it a protective coat. It's not like new or anything, but it's a heck of a lot better than it was.
