Elite-5 DSI won't copy files to the SD card

Has anyone had this problem? I can't imagine the trail files are all that big. I even removed the navionics charts to maximize space and the unit still says there is no room on the SD card. Of course I can't use one of my 32GB cards since it only supports 2GB. I don't yet have another 2GB card to try.

This is my unit that the colors quit working properly and it doesn't seem to mark fish, though it shows structure just fine and the GPS works.

My fiance and sister got me a new Hook-4 and I was hoping to copy the files and upload to GoFree and then upload the results to the new unit.

Try formatting the card outside of the FF. Many strange issues can pop up with SD cards and they can be finicky, sometimes a fresh format will do the trick.

If you do format outside of the FF use the Full Format option vs Quick format. Full will map any bad sectors n the card.
