My winter project

So other than taking my modest Pompano 120 and turning it into a fish's worst nightmare (somewhat similar to taking a Honda Civic and turning it into Knight Rider) I got into jig molding and lure making this winter.

Thanks to the internet and the amazing company "Do-It", I gathered my memories and experiences of what our striped fishy friends like and made 80 or so of these:

I spent about $200 on all the gear to make them so I figure if they'd cost me $4 each at the tackle shop I'm already saving money in year one. Next year I'll make 80 or so more and it'll cost me $80.

Great job with the Do-It mold.

I attended a presentation by Walleye Pete this winter and he said skirted jigs were the way to go.
