Caught about 50 perch today kept 21, the key today was chartreuse grub with the tiniest piece of squid on the hook so as not to interfere with the tail action. I bought a bag of mixed seafood the mussels worked awesome too.

Nice stuff!! Was it rigged a jighead or dart w/ grub or just a bare hook w/ grub?

I use a 1/8ounce jighead ,the squid would stay on the hook better,but the mussels caught them faster. I bought a 3 lb bag of mixed seafood at Hmart for 5 dollars ( frozen) take a handful out each time I go out, will last most of the summer I only use a quarter inch piece at a time to tip the hook. You can jig it, cast it, or dead stick it.
