I put a MK 40 Enduramax on mine for a lot less than that set up. I just pulled the unit apart, attached the lower to the rudder mounts and put the upper in an unused rod holder next to my seat.

Nice, I would like to see that rigged up. How does if function for you?

I afraid I don't have any way to do pictures but the system works great on my OC Trident. In an Endura Max motor, there are only two wires going to the motor so it is easy to rig. The carbon fiber shaft is easy to cut and there are numerous videos on how to do it. I run the wires from the motor to a connector on the control head and connect the power head power wires to a through hull connector which leads to the battery stored in the Mod Pod.

Since the Endura series uses a PWM circuit, I only carry a 55 AH AGM battery. I have been on the water for six hours and the battery still shows above 50 percent power. Normally I troll at 2.5 MPH and cruise at 3.5 MPH.
