Battery Chargers

I seem to have a bad charger on my hands. At first I thought it was the battery, but none of my three batteries will take a charge.

I can only assume that my charger is bad. Any recommendations for a charger.

Give Harbor Freight tools a look.
They have several very modestly priced chargers.
We use one to recharge the battery on our watering system for the football squad.

Excellent. Thank you. Second part of the question. I am electronics challenged. Do you think you could recommend a model for 12v SLA batteries?

Models: #60322, and #60431 are both $29.99 and should be adequate to recharge fish finder batteries, etc.
I use something like this to recharge my 12v -7ah fish finder battery and the 12 v -12 ah battery of our water system.
I use the 2 amp setting and let them charge overnight.

I bought one from BPS that was supposedly for 6v, 12v, & 24v (could be wrong on voltages) around $25 and the plastic switch for the vaious voltages broke the second day. Luckily it is stuck on 12v, which is the only one I use.

Take good care of your charger once it arrives!

Update - New charger arrived and it appears that I have some bad batteries on my hands as well. The only one that I think is still good doesn't have >2v, so the charger won't start charging it.

Oh well. These batteries are old. Guess I will order a new one.
