Torqeedo sent out an email yesterday concerning some of their ultralight and travel batteries. Just wanted to pass along the info for those of you out there who may have not gotten an email.

Kudos to them for getting ahead of the issue. A lot of companies would sit back and blame user error.

It’s a great product...when it’s working.
