  • Torqeedo 1103 installation

I need to change the lift setup on my 1103. I saw a posting somewhere of someone installing a double pulley that is used on sailboats on the lift arm and maybe a second single pulley to but I can’t find the post/video anywhere. I’m hoping someone can point me to it. It may not have been on this site. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Are you trying to lift it or tilt it?

I've been using a pulley system to tilt my motors for years now. I start with a single block single line pull at the base of my mount then have a single block the line runs through mounted towards the side of my kayak. The line runs forward and through a clamp cleat to an upright block. The system pulls easy the clam cleat allows for locking the line in any tilt position. With it locking it allows for powering through shallow water or grass beds without the prop becoming fouled.
