              nice boat

just letting you know, i disected and rigged up a rear mounted trolling motor, with control box to the right of the seat where the mesh net is.kept it external of the boat so goes on and comes off in about 45 secs. the mount can be left on or taken off in another minute. also rigged up the multi rod/ crabtrot line holder. dont know how to send pics could email you some if you like. not to ugly for a prototype.macgiver would approve. i think it will be good to have peddle power and elec at the same time. look forward to seeing how you rig your proangler, thanks again for the boat

re outfitting - what kind/weight anchor do you use? particularly for anchoring at OC bridge,...? thanks
I live in oc and on all of the pilings under 50 are square with two pieces of steel bent at 90 degrees wrapped around the piling and they use bolts to secure them on two corners making a flange type of edge that protrudes out about two inches I've been using a hand held spring clamp

                          http://homedepot.digby.com/homedepot...egoryId=&path=

It has a hole in the end where you can put a rope through and put a little stopper knot in there so it stays then attach said device to your anchor trolley accordinly the piling on the outside edges work the best and if you don't tie a float to your line and end up losing it the whole this is only 99 cents for the clamp and maybe ten feet of nylon rope so less then ten bucks. Hope this helps man, give her a whirl next time your around this area maybe ill see you out there!
                          Malibu stealth 14 with a paddle....still lol
