suction cup mounts for car?

Hey All,
It's been forever and a day since I've been on here. I def miss this place..

Anywho, I remember awhile back ago I saw a posting that someone put up showing these suction cups that go on their back windshield with pvc pipe coming out of the suction cups. And on the pvc pipes were wheels I believe. This way it was easy to put your kayak on your roof rack.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? If so, can you direct me to that thread or show me a picture of what I'm describing?
