Why don't you look on their website ........ it's at the bottom of the page ........ Luther is VERY good at customer service

I called yak attack and Vicki told me that my light pole is scheduled to go out today. With a little luck, maybe it will be here by Saturday.

Got my Visi Pole today. Luther emailed me and apologized for the delay. He said this spring has seen more business than he can keep up with.

I agree with several other folks that said he sells a quality product.

When I called, Vicki rummaged through a bunch of invoices before getting to mine. I could hear the paper crinkling over the phone. At that point, I figured the early spring must have overwhelmed them.
