Jigsup - I had the same question two years ago. I had not made any relationships with people on this forum yet, so I went to Bass Pro, Angler's, etc asking for Bignose Spinners and of course they didn't know what I meant.
So, I posted the question and Bignose responded to me asking me to dm if I wanted to order some. They are fantastic...I like them much more than a perch pounder...in particular I love the "hair"...i cannot remember if its called "flash" or something else, but I believe I have placed three ordders in two years.
After receiving thoughtful responses from many on this forum to a few of the questions that I was almost afraid to ask because I thought maybe I was asking basic questions and wouldn't get responses. I was wrong. The anglers on this forum have helped me a great deal. Last year I fished with almost 10 different people from the forum and each time I was glad to meet them and I learned something each time.
There is a lot of help here....I hope the forum doesn't go down again...
