  • Bait Tank 3.0

Keeping design elements of my last two tanks I built this new tank (3.0).

Note: thats not electrical tape if you were wondering it is a sealing rubber wrap.

Very nice. What's going on with the pipe in the first pic?

the pipe sticks down into the scupper. The Hand pump allows me to fill the tank and supply fresh water (through the scupper) as needed to the aerator. If the battery dies the hand pump will keep the fish alive.

I bought mine about a year ago- love it- uses the exact same tank as yours, but all self contained- 6 volt battery in a pelican case, marine electrical switch, electric bilge pump- works like a champ-

Now you need to design a pump that will run while you use the mirage drive...

Do the new drives still have the hole for the pitot tube speedometer? If so, you could run a hose from there to the tank. It wouldn't be much flow, though.
